The following instructions must be followed in insure your child's safety while having surgery and to obtain the best surgical results.

DO NOT have anything to EAT or DRINK for eight hours before surgery. Prescribed medications may be taken with a small swallow of water.

A responsible adult must accompany the patient to the office.  Your child should sit in the back seat while you drive home after your child's surgical procedure.

Make sure your child wears a short-sleeve shirt. This is necessary for blood pressure and heart monitoring devices which will be utilized during surgery to monitor your child’s vital signs.

Remove glasses and contact lenses before entering the surgical site.
